How we can help

By submitting a written notice to us (via [email protected]) you may set a deposit limit per day, per week or month.

You may increase or revoke a deposit limit after a minimum waiting period of twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the request, by written notice, except when the deposit limit has been set to zero (0).

Should a deposit limit of zero (0) be chosen, you will need to provide in writing to us that you wish to change or revoke the deposit limit, this change will only happen after a minimum waiting period of six (6) months from the time of the request.

Should you wish to self-exclude we recommend that you contact all other gambling sites where you have an account and request self-exclusion there also.

Underage gambling
